Nice Truck

Has anyone seen that 06 freightliner with 120" condo sleeper on it, I think it was being sold at alumni-bank, didnt have a price on it though it said call for price.
It's nice eye candy and im sure it would be real comfortable to drive but who wants to put out 100k plus for a truck, unless you got the money. From the comments and posts on EO I still think buying a 2-3 year old truck with low miles and probably finance it for 2 years or just buy it outright would be the best thing to do. I'm in this business to make money not to drive around in a pretty truck.

A team could make money with it. Thats alot of sleeper. There is nothing wrong with having a nice truck, but you must draw the line somewhere 100K?

It's a nice truck but I see that awning getting knocked off or left extended and blown off. It's too high up and too small to be of any real value anyway and I'm sure it isn't cheap being power extended as it appeared. I'd have to compare it to the 100 or 130 on www.sst100.com and would probably go with the sst.

That's still cheaper than many have paid for a similar size truck. I see the appeal, if your carrier can use a 20' box. Expecially to a team.

It's not too easy on the eyes tho...

Just looks awkward with that cab. Perhaps if they used a condo cab like they put on the Century??
