NEWBIE With Questions

I am going to be picking the truck up next week and heading to Tri-State on the 3rd for Orentation... I am new to this business.... The guy I am driving for is giving me 60% of the load.. I have to pay fuel and tolls... I was currently making 600.00 a month on my previouse job... Is it possable to make over that in a month.. I am willing to run 4 - 5 weeks and get in maybe 2 days and head right back out... This is a straight Truck.... Any help thanks

If you were earning $600 per month that is $150 per week. You should be able to beat that with no problem.

Nope no mistake... I lived off of 600.00 a month.... lived at home but strugled... I just need to make more than 600.00 a month so went to truck driving school and figure give it a try.....

If you happen to not make a lot more than 600.00 a month driving that truck--then---I'll put this mildly---You'll be doing something really WRONG!

you souldn't have any problems making $600 a week. If you are able to live on $600 a month, you will be able to bank big bucks, and buy your own truck in no time.

Ok thanks for the info.... I am running SOLO Straight Truck and willing to stay out as I said... I hear Detroit is a good place to get loads out of?? I get 60% of the load I pay fuel and tolls..... does that change anything??? I will be Driving for TRI-STATE..
