I am new to this board and really glad I found it because these forums are very helpful;-) . I am 25 years old and I am an o/o of 2 Tractors FLD120 And Columbia running long haul every week.Now I have been wanting to go into expedite for a while now with maybe 2-3 Cargo vans, I have been looking at ford
I just love ford , but I also noticed people saying Sprinter is really great for expedite but only dodge has them in Canada. I have not seen them around but if anyone from ontario knows that be great, I havent checked Mid-Ontario maybe they have it.I have read these boards for couple of days now before posting this message. From my point of view that expedite business is risky at these times but then again which isn't.I would like to know some companies that you guys would recommend. I have talked to one guy in con-way but it was very brief call. But he told me some rates they have and that they are turning down average 60-100 Loads a day.Now I have e-mailed Dynamex and was wondering if anyone had any exp. with this company I would really like some information.I know its hard for new owner/operators to get in this business but I am willing to work at it, I mean I don't hope to get rich by doing this but rather earn good wage that I can live nicely by.Sorry for some spelling I am really tired so I hope that I would get some great info from everybody.
