New Software and Friends

I was just looking in the User CP and found I had several friends requests that I had not said yes to being a friend. The User CP has a lot of information on that page and I had not paid any attention to the friends requests. You might what to give that a peak and play around with your own page. I have also been having fun posting comments on other peoples pages. This software has a lot of fun capabilities!

Linda, how do you post comments on other people's pages?

The easiest way I have found so far is to find the person you want to comment on and click on their name. Then click on view public profile on the next screen look on right hand side about half way down page and see Post New Profile Comment click on this and it should open a little box to add comments to.

Hope this will work still learning and trying things.

Thanks Linda! One more question; how do you reply privately to a specific post using the reputation thing?

If you appreciate what a person has posted or if you do not like the post you can add or subtract by clicking on the icon next to the cloud to the right. The reputation is what adds the little green boxes under the posts. You have the choice to approve or disapprove of the post and also give a reason. I added to yours so you can check it out!

The 'friends' option is fun - except there isn't any automatic notification, (are you listening, development team?) so if folks don't click on the "friend requests" tab at the bottom of their profile page, they never know they've been asked!
