New Panther/Conway drivers

Scotr, if I were you I'd go find your boss and fess up to this. I have filed a liable case against Panther over this post. They are interested in finding you. It is my guess you are Eddy, Paul, or Sean.

I can tell you now, I no longer drive for Panther. All I plan on doing is telling it like it is. As for my truck payment. They only gave me my pay on the day they ORIGINALLY told us we would get it. The didn't "help" they just paid me as they were supposed to.

Lets be adults about this. I am always up front with who I am. Tell us who you are, or are you afraid of loosing your job?

If you were dumb enough to use the computer at your desk your already found out.

What you did was wrong, and uncalled for. But it proves the operations procedures and mentality of Panther. You guys even treat loads you farm out the same way if not worse!

DS1450:
A lot of what you are saying is correct. I know of a team who recently had a load offer from a dispatcher out to Washington State. who repeatly told this team there is three loads a day coming out of the area you will be dropping off to!

So this team took the 2,500 mile run, and ended-up sitting for 2 1/2 days only to finally realize they were scruwed. They had to deadhead 1,500 miles to get back into a good area. And recently offered another load out to California a 2,800 mile run they were told the same thing, but this time we can get you a reduced load from a broker
to get you back and into a good area. The team replied back that sounds real good except we had done this before on two seperate occassions and were stuck there, never contacted or was told to get a hold of a so-called broker, than before they declined the load offer the team wanted to know who that broker was and their phone number so they could talk direct with them to verify they could indeed get out of that area. The dispatcher did not answer that canned message or answered the phone call left by the team!

The point is be very careful what you are going, and do not trust what your dispatcher is telling you. After you accept that load that dispatcher made their commission and they do not care what happens to you. This team in the past was even told by a dispatcher, "if you except this load I will owe you a favor." Ya right that is totally unethical and against Panther policy to even say that.

On a positive note (There is more good dispatchers than bad) Be a businessman first than a driver next, other wise you will go under.
Any big mile run the flag should go up in your head, I better make sure really sure about this area where they are sending me, especially if you have never been there before. Florida, California, Washington state, New York, good luck getting out of there and have a pocket full of money to pay all the toll's. The traffic alone will take you several hours at around 25mph down the freeway to escape. Oh yes Canada the state that sends all it's garbage to us by the tons everyday, will burn-up most of your day after a screaming good time of trying to straighten out the paper work and your enjoyable ride to get back out!

I also have read out "Panther insiders" monitoring these threads. This is an open public forum, are they getting paid to represent Panther to squash negative topics? Everybody is smart enough to know this has been going on since day one, I'm just suprised they admit it.

We all know some people have nothing but negative things to say about everything. Panther is a (Good Company) Like everything else it's not perfect but is way better than most other company's out there in my opinion!

Wrong again, neither of the three. Liable case huh...still trying to figure out that one. BTW, I post from home. I have nothing to hide and I do monitor these boards when I see BS statements being made such as yours. Good luck with your new carrier...I'm sure you'll hit them up as well to make your truck payment.

You missed 2 things, tell us who you are. You have nothing to hide right? Also, You missed another thing. P2 did not make my truck payment for me the paid me on the original date that was agreed to. You must have been one of them that told use the wrong info in the first place.

Again, your such a big man/woman tell us who you are. You know you did wrong, and you won't tell so where is the BS coming from now?

I have plenty of time to debate this with you

Well since you quit I'm sure you'll have plenty of time to figure it out. I work in operations, should be pretty easy to figure out...I love riddles, don't you? Anyhow, you're no longer our problem and I've wasted enough time on you. Have fun at your new carrier, hope they're prepared for ya. God knows you blew up the phones here with your constant complaining...and you were only here 3+weeks!

Ahhhh rong again bozo, we started complaining the last week and a half. During the first part we never too advances like the rest, we were 100% across the board. YOU and the dispatchers brought on the complaints. Ask 10 people 10 questions you got 12 answers.

I'll bet you have never seen the inside of a truck. You only know what you have ben told/tought at Panther.

Again little man tell us who you are.

Ok, that's enough tinkling contest. Take it to something private. The entire forum isn't the place for it.
