new to expediting i have a small fleet of trucks im trying gauge my expected turn over rate based on $1000 weekly salary additional bonus of 25 cent a mile loaded for drivers goes over 8k monthly .i would like to get you guys input on that
First problem is that you are not going to be able to pay your drivers 1000 $ a week nor will they make a 1000 $ a week on a split. By salary, do you mean they will be employees or contractors. More info needed,
