Needing info about Panther II

Any one out there that can tell me something about Panther II. Are they pretty good on distributing the freight to different drivers can you get good loads with them? Are they a good company to work for or are they same as all the rest?

You will not find a company that will distribute the freight to different drivers equally because they don't exist. The best way to get the loads is to kiss all the ##### you can, or find a dispatcher that you can trust and give him 5% of the load, as a finders fee. This is only done under the table, and if the dispatcher don't know you you may sit more than others. I don't know much about Panther but if you find that they do what you ask in your question I'm sure you will let us all know about it.

DON'T WALK - "RUN" FROM THEIR RECRUITERS...I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM...THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING...AFTER 2 MONTHS AND ALMOST GOING BROKE, I LEASED TO A SMALL REGIONAL CARRIER AND THE PAST 6 MONTHS HAVE BEEN GREAT...

I POSTED A NOTICE THIS WEEK REGARDING MY BAD EXPERIENCE, AND IT MYSTERIOUSLY JUST DISAPPEARED FROM THE POSTINGS...I WONDER IF SINCE "PANTHER II" IS A ADVERTISER HERE THEY HAVE CONTROL OVER ANY NEGATIVE POSTINGS ABOUT THEM AND GET THEM REMOVED...I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED THAT THEY WOULD STOOP SO LOW...
