Need questions or a prospective carrier

Hi,

I haven't bought a sprinter-type van yet but when I do, I'm going to lease on to a carrier.
I am trying to put together some questions for the different company recruiters that I call.
Such as rate per mile, mileage or percentage, is there a Fuel service charge added, what
are the various fees, what is the minimum year of the vehicle, and the like.

I need more questions. What would you add?

Qualcomm fee.
Cargo insurance fee
Fuel surcharge fee
Is the rate : percentage or flat rate
You will need commercial insurance. Do not just get standard insurance it will not cover the vehicle while you haul a load.
