For the most part, the regulars on EO will happily assist you. Notice i said "assist". The answers to your questions are unique to your situation.

This is a very old thread. The numbers are probably all wrong by now as tax rates change all the time. The actual principle is the same and it works the same way. You just have to get all the current state tax rates to plug in. There is a lot of money to be made or lost depending on location of fuel purchases and understanding of fuel taxes.
