The ATeam is right, all the toys in the world will not insure that you can find where you are headed for. One of the hardest things I had to do when selling gps systems was to convince boaters that they still needed to own charts for where they were boating and know how to use them. All toys can fail. Remember one thing, GPS is a Dept of Defense system, not a civilian system. It is used for troop location/weapons targeting etc. The DOD can at anytime scramble/encrypt the system and then nobodys toys will work. Of course if things are bad enough to do that getting to a pick-up will be the least of your problems. Just remember to use all you resouces and you will be fine. A good trucker atlas is a must. A good mapping program for your laptop or a gps. FDXX directions taken with a VERY Large grain of salt. Layoutshooter
