I know the head of safety at Panther is Matt Casey and he very good at what he does and will look at all things. We have had a few accidents over the years and Matt has been very fair with our drivers. Matt looks at everything, Road conditions, was the sun shining in the drivers face. One of our drivers was in an accident and I thought it was a preventable accident. Matt's team ruled that is was a non preventable and the driver was very happy to hear that. Most carrier won't term a driver unless the damage is over $25,000.00 or your hit a bridge. Stay positive and I'm sure you and your driver will be okay. Good Luck.
