Rik emmett is my hero! From the arena rock days of the seventys and eightys with triumph, to his solo work from 1990 to the present. He's done teaching videos for "star licks", wrote a monthly column for guitar player magazine throughout, written books, done albums in several different styles, had top ten hits in canada, picked up an award for best jazz guitarist in 2005, teaches at hubbard university, contributed to childrens albums and t.v shows, does work for charitys and humanitarian groups and is an all around heck of a nice guy,(have met and talked to him on several occassions),! www.rikemmett.com

We also like to listed to most of XM's channels in the 40's either 41 or 48 mostly. In the mornings I listen to Dave Ramsey, then on to Dave Nemo if he has a good guest speaker if not I listen to either 123 or 124. Bob really likes the Sonic Theater with Sherlock Holmes and the detective stories. Our truck would stop without XM. We are not much for calm sappy music but do enjoy good talk shows.
