Multi-Truck Accounting Software

Ok...I've been trying for days to find a user friendly accounting software. One that doesn't require me to spends weeks just trying to set it up! I've been the Quickbooks route and have lost half my hair. I know there has to be an easier way! Currently I'm useing Excel for everything but that is requiring to muck double work! Anyone have any suggestions? I really need help with this one.

you might want to talk to Nobb4u, she set up her own spread sheet using micro soft word. I'm sure she would help you set up a similar one.

My husband and I Were doing this calcualations by hand, it was a bless that we founnd this spreadsheet/excel add-in.
We can not thank them enough for taking the time to simplify all these work in a spreadsheet form.
