Oh, sorry, I was confused. When you mentioned "shared sacrifice" in quotes, I just assumed you meant it in the same context in which Obama used it himself, rather than meaning it in some other completely unrelated context.
This is context that I took it from....in his own words.....around the 1:10 mark.
OK, so who, exactly, should The President of the United States of American, and leader of the Free World, hang out with while on vacation?
You don't find it more than a little hypocritical that through the week he scorns these people in his speeches, creating class warfare and then goes schmoozing with them on vacations?
So, apparently, you think The President of the United Stated of America, the leader of the Free World, should have simply given ol' Tom Bodett a hollar to have him leave the light on for him at the Possum Trot Motel 6, maybe put a key under the mat at room 17?
Are you thinking if you make your argument as extreme as possible that some of that "extreme" will rub off on the original post/poster?
Well, OK. It's somewhat of a stretch to call that "instigating class warfare", but at least I understand now the context in which you used that.Oh, sorry, I was confused. One, answering a question is not the same as answering the question. When you complain about things, but fail to offer up alternatives or solutions to a problem, all you're doing is complaining for the sake of complaining.OK, so who, exactly, should The President of the United States of American, and leader of the Free World, hang out with while on vacation?

Again, you're avoiding having to answer the question by asking another one. When you complain about things, but fail to offer up alternatives or solutions to a problem, all you're doing is complaining for the sake of complaining. Yes, I'm using an extreme example, because it illustrates the absurdity of those who are bіtchіn', whinin' and moaning without offering up an alternative. Maybe some of that extreme will rub off on, and temper the original poster's extremes. $50,000 a week is unacceptable. OK, what WOULD be acceptable, then? So, apparently, you think The President of the United Stated of America, the leader of the Free World, should have simply given ol' Tom Bodett a hollar to have him leave the light on for him at the Possum Trot Motel 6, maybe put a key under the mat at room 17?

Does that mean I have to stop rubbing stuff on you? Drats. There's no need to continue to take this apart and put it back together.
But, what would he have to do to send the right message? But like I said before, it's not like he's been going around and telling people not to take vacations. No one expects the president to do any of the ludicrous things you suggest, he's just sending the wrong message by saying one thing and doing another.
