you may want to find an accountant that specializes in trucking income taxes....Jeez.... That's why I pay H&R Block the big bucks every year!!
I got the per diem when I lived up there...and I was a "sole Proprietor"Anybody willing to sponsor my US citizenship? No per mile deduction, no per diem unless you're incorporated, then it's 15% tax PLUS your tax rate when you actually bring it home...also deadheading home is not a deduction...

you don't have to spend $80...LOL just like down here..its an "Allowance" the cost of being on the road...lodging and meals.....you just have to verify you were away from home those days you are claiming for....So you actually spent the 80 bucks a day per diem please explain I'm on the cusp of bankruptcy again

No anyone without complete ownership and insurance in their own name only was immediately let goand you still have to sign your plated portion of ownership to carrier to get plates?>....
