Where is the stretch? Look at your phone bill(s). You have been charged for the Universal Service Fund ever since it went into effect in 1998. All that's changed is what it's being used for.

This has nothing to do with any other President or member of congress and it is a blatant attempt to become the leader of the poor people!! Soon they will be able sit on their porch surfing free internet porn, talking to other Po folks on thier free phone, eating thier free food stamp meals and this is all because of Obama!
He is absolutely doing this on purpose so that he can spend more of our tax dollars and drive this country into the ground.

HEY! You must have been to my nieces' place! They surf the net, for free, instead of getting a new skill to become employable or even looking for a crud job to be diapers for their kids! Don't pay to feed their older kid at school either, or pay for their kids health care. (or even pay attention to it. Doing that would interfere with their work on the Obama campaign).
Marxism IS evil. It assumes the inability of a Man to fend for himself. That is the most VILE thing there is. It puts Man in the position of pet.
It is true that we can't blame Obama for the inception of the plan. Feel pretty comfortable blaming him for expanding it. And sure, congress certainly is to blame as well. Expanded free and subsidized internet and vouchers for free computers is going on under his watch. Can't debate that as it is currently going on regardless of the information source.
