If, as the story says, its a crime for a teacher to have sex with students, why is the law not enforced on the college level, where this is not an infrequent thing?

Ok she took on the football team....all 18 yrs of age...had she taken on the opposing team nothing would have come of it I suppose.....
It is amazing just how many people are NOT outraged that a MOTHER would do this! What a FINE example she sets for her children, and others. What a disgusting example of a sub-human. The only thing I find worse is that people dismiss it as OKEE DOKEE. That is a VERY sad comment on this Nation.
Who's dismissing it? I simply asked what the legal basis is. I think it should be handled through the employer rather than criminally. 18 is an adult.
I did not mention you, or anyone in particular, I was speaking in general. I am not aware of how the laws are written in TX so I cannot answer that. Each state and local government has it's own laws. TX is allowed, at least for the time being, to pass such laws and enforce them as they see fit.
