I was wondering if anyone has heard anything (good or bad) about them. I was offered a job with them but not really sure if it is a good company or not.
Any help would be appreiceated. Thanks

I do a lot of loads for them as a partner carrier. Good amount of non automotive freight and pretty good people to work with.

You are from Franklin, they are from Franklin, what in the world are you asking the question here for?? Anyway, they would be plenty good to work with, if, you wanna work.

Can't imagine it'd be an issue anyway if'n yer just going to {work} for them. Or, did you mis-state your intentions??

Yes i plan on working with them but i just wanted to see if anyone had bad news about them. They moved from franklin to indianapolis. I'm going to go talk to them in the morning.

Well they are not a good company after all. My pay was short every check. I took one load that was a full semi load from indianapolis to romulus, mi and when i got my check the next week they paid me $15. So i asked to see the load settlements and they said "what you don't trust us?". So they fired me and said they have no use for me anymore. I guess they just thought they could take advantage of me.
Be careful when they broker a load to you. Especially there sony and mps loads. They make alot of money off those. A couple of the dispatchers said they can broker them out cheaper than give them to there own drivers. I would not take anything from them for under $2.00-$3.00 a mile. They are making alot mor than that. Good luck

Good luck

Go to the Expedite-Pedia , on page 152 , G for Greed ,
and that's in a nut shell , is why we have small carriers...and a300% TurnOver with the large ones...

on the flip coin , it is also the rezone why you never lease your truck to a carrier that have company drivers.

& good luck to you 2 in your new venture .

Could this be a case of two sides to a story?

could also be a case where they do treat brokers better than their own drivers and make more brokering them out....

IF..they are going to treat their drivers like this...why not just be a true brokerage and not bother with drivers...

Yep its time for CORLEY5 to tell us the whole story, we know you were in a TT for them, do you own the truck? company truck? or did you do a lease to own deal?

There are plenty of times when ya have to git rid of an O/O, but dikk'in em during the process is only present with the vast minority.

The drums'll roll I suspect on this one but, 15 buks could be what was left over AFTER the load wuz retrieved and delivered. Had a fella call me about contracting a few ago, an told me he wuz the best ting since canned peaches at this expediting thing. So....I responded, If you check out, I have a load going to Oregon Friday. Response wuz, I don't dare take that and be gone over Valentines. Maybe the same?? Fits the AO.

I was a company driver in a company truck. I was to get 30% of the gross that the truck made. After i figured out the actual amounts it was more like 13%. I was told that on their outbound loads i was to get 30% of $1.89 a mile. Which is $.56 a mile and the backhauls would average about $.25 a mile after they deducted their fees.
As far as them letting me go, i simple asked them how they come up with my pay. I asked them if i could see the settlement sheets. I was asked "what you don't trust us?' when i told them i just need to know, they told me they had no use for me anymore and to turn in my phone and keys. I never rejected a load and always delivered on time.
