I remember my years as an alter boy, father Schramm was a very good man. Took us all to St Louis once for a cardinals baseball game. Seats first row behind the bullpen the guys were filling out our allstar ballots. One of the catchers gave me money to go get him a coke, he handed me a baseball for getting it.

70's were definitely good, I was a kid but summer of 84 I became a man, at least I thought I was a man. Wow I was only 13....smh

I was an altar boy all through high school. In grade school they would send us down to the other church to serve at funerals. After the funeral the ladies would always want us to stay for lunch. My introduction to Italian food. Boy could they cook. All from scratch.

I am with Windsor on that one! Be careful out there, seems like a lot of not so friendly weather again lately.
