There's a few thousand square feet up in Vandalia next to FedEx I'd like to get my hands on. Not terribly expensive but it's an older building. Even has Tarmac access. 1 ramp and 1 DH dock.
Just need some more units rolling in the fleet to justify. Love me some storage and crossdock customers!!

Yep. I'm a warehouseman down deep. $8-$10 per month per skid goes a long way to paying for a lease.
Crossdocks pay for the utilities.
Anything else done in the warehouse goes toward payroll & the many other expenses. Local dock sweeps, order holding for the t-shirt supplier, Pharma sorting & deliveries, etc. Not gravy, but offsets the vast expenses in being a growing company.

Go hard after small printers, Charles. You know my past life. I wouldn't say it if I didn't mean it. Small printer do large runs of jobs they know will eventually get bought. But they also run out of storage space fast. BUT print shops are notoriously cheap. $8 a skid per month is about it in Dayton & Cincy. But make sure you cover everything with plastic skid sheets.
Now, go get 'em!!!
