Good Morning from Marysville Wa...Yes John, that Red hurts the eyes when the sun is bright!! So yea, Donna's wouldn't take my money after i mentioned i shouldn't park with the big trucks because i run a little truck. she asked about a CDL..nope..well no shower seeya.. So, I spelt at the Wal-mart down the road and came back this morning, new cashier...Just walked in told her i needed a shower put $10 bucks on the counter, she gave me a towel and key....Note to self..shut the hell up....
Soo..now..Headin down to the Market Place in Seattle for lunch with a few Personal Chef friends and dinner with a old car business friend...Then I'll be heading south to Portland Oregon to see family....Weds I'll be in Grand Junction Colo to see my BIL..then DH over to Salt Lake City and see if I can get a good load back east....
Should be a good time out here....
I'd skip SLC....and go right toward El Paso....

Something to do with small dirt particles that get through sandblasting the vanes of the turbo. Or something.
Exactly..its the silica aka sand....it'll rear apart a turbo....there is a reason for the increased MPG it doesn't filter the air as good....doesn't "appear" to effect gas engines tho...
Ok I hate maintaining it.

My week started off with a hickup or two with the first load. But then, Kristi pulled a rabbit out of the hat and got me a load out of Houston, TX Thanks!!!
I ended up with just under 3700 paid miles for the week. I deadheaded 500 miles on my own (Kristi had thrown in some extra money for the move)...ended up delivering to the yard and now I'm sitting in the Marriot over by the airport, just watched the Nascar race, now taking a break after driving 4200 miles over the last 7 days..lol.

I started out with a $55 offer for a 3 star room, expecting to have to drop to a 2-1/2 star. They took my $55 and upgraded me to the Marriot...lol....shoulda bid cheaper I guess

We've used that a couple times when staying there and both times got Embassy Suites. Free drinks in the lounge from 6-8 pm and made to order breakfast. Under $50 each time.
