I suppose I have a different view on questions. If you have one, ask it, that in my opinion is the purpose of this site. Now I will say even though you have your answer, it is up to you to insure that the information that you received is correct. I will admit that there are some things that I have looked up and sit back and have to ask myself what in the crap are they trying to say. That's government writing.
