ya, you wont want to pay for internet through dish, $$$$$. dont know if direct offers it. we just bought a winegard inmotion satellite for a good price and they have some automatic stationary ones for a good price also. by auto i mean turn on and it auto finds the satellite. dont know much on vuqube but they are taller than the dishes. mine is 15" tall by 20" across.

check out: americanrv.com out of asuza, ca.

Not thinking in terms of only one truck, but four. My son in law works for Direct TV, so that may be the way I'll go if it's available.

I like to watch the Nascar race...thats really the only reason I have for wanting a tv. I used to be able to watch the race online...but that site has become undependable.

This tv has the HDMI port, so I could watch netflix movies through my phone to the tv. Or any other streaming video.

well there you go. the winegards come preset for direct tv. if you have it at home you can take a receiver from the house.

The VuCubes (and the new, cheaper and better Tailgater) are 17.5 inches tall, plus whatever bracket you mount them on. The Tailgagter only works with Dish Network, though, and the other VuCubes work better with Dish, as well, since they cannot receive the HD channels on DirectTV.

South of Cleveland on 171.....storm stretches quite a few miles from north to south moving easterly
and hail is never a good sign...

I could sure use some of that rain here...just went out to water the flower beds for the first time and to refill the bird baths for the robins. My columbines, iris's and lillies are all poking up..gonna be an early spring! And every last cat is outside doing their jobs...look out mice!

We got stomped down here. Thunder, lightning, high winds, rain, ping pong ball size hail, tornado warnings. Almost past us now.

Ouch...big hail! Did you have any damage?

Don't know for sure. Couldn't see any on the house, and I couldn't get on the roof before dark. Got a new roof the last time it did this. I'll go over to the truck tomorrow. Hope it's ok. It hides next to a big motor home.

It can be nasty stuff..the first year we moved here we had to get a new roof and get the house repainted from it. Thank God for insurance1

Funny how they don't try to pass it off as "Act of God"
