Why when shippers are promised delivery will be made by a certain time, receivers think it's ok to make you wait to unload. I understand a few minutes, but 2 hours past the time they asked for?

I grew up in the South (Birmingham area) but didn't grow up on bologna. BUT, I have found a grilled bologna sammy to be great for the "been at the bar too long" late night snack.

There is nothing like a fried bologna sandwich better yet there used to be this old country store that would slice it about 1 inch thick an put it on a biscuit that was really good

A little country store North of Jamestown, TN on the right side of the highway at the bottom of the mountain will fix you a sandwich with thick sliced bologna. One of the best I ever had.
