The Warning that caused that condition expired. When someone's posts are being Moderated, as soon as they press "Post Reply" they will get a notice that their post is awaiting Moderation. If you don't get that notice, your posts aren't being Moderated.
Not explicitly, no, but the language and phrasing you used is common on the Internet as being a veiled threat of confrontation and violence when meeting face-to-face. Lots of all caps indicating anger, too.
It's up to you. All you have to do is abide by the Code of Conduct and be respectful of the other members. Easy peasy.
