How pleasant is life without water? How pleasant is like in crowded cites? How pleasant is life during earthquakes? That is a rather strange list.
Can't be very pleasant without water!

Gentleman (and you too Ragman ), the webpage is just talking about temperatures.
Although I think I disagree with their definition of pleasant just a little. 85 might be pleasant for someone that works in an office and commutes in an air conditioned car, but someone that works in it, especially if the sun is beating down, might be wishing it was at least 10 degrees cooler.
