This my blower motor you have one just like it ,it uses some stupid I obtainable plug in this French made motor that loves to melt and have the wires come out of it ,thereby making for an unpleasant hot day in a truck.there are 3 wires that connect to the pins in the housing a large black one =ground
And 2 blue ones there are 6 connections but only 3 wires so my question is which ones do they use they are numbered 1-6 from left to right if someone can look at there's it will be a huge help .
Frightliner is of little help all they want to do is sell me a hundred dollar harness and I'm sure I can just use crimp terminals instead.

Thanks

Freightliner dealer in Fontana, CA, has a big loop behind the parts counter with a lot of different pigtails on it. I bet if you call now, you can get a parts guy's e-mail to show, or he can just yank a b/m off the shelf and match the pigtail for you.

I'll forewarn you-the parts counter there has been swamped every time I've been in there. Getting a guy with the greatest attitude may be a bit of a challenge. Good luck.

BTW, what's the p/n on that motor?

Knight I just went thru this over heating issue on my M2 last week.Fan motor was cutting out on hi speed and then recovering on it own as it cooled off..Follow the wires out of the motor to the very next pigtail going up into the dash. That is where I figured the heat build up was starting. I simply by passed that pig tail by cutting the blue wire (power) and leaving the ground wire intact in the pig tail. Not sure why it happened as I havnt taken the time to cut open the pigtail connector to see if the wires wore threw the plastic or what. Either way I haven't had a dimes worth of trouble since bypassing that pigtail. G/luck with yours.

Looks just like mine, my harness gets warm if I run it on high all the time, I took the pigtail apart cleaned the terminals and then put high temp silicone on the back side of the pigtail opposite the plug in to the motor, did the same on the reverse end or the plug where it connects under my dash, also spaced the wires out a little more to get some air flow around them ( freighter tech recommended ) no more hot harness and now I have a spare 125.00$ blower motor as well

Lol Now so do I. I wasn't going to admit that but since you did I'll own up to jumping the gun and buying parts before I actually needed em

I was told by a dealer tech that the pig tail plastic was a tad thin on this plug and thus the over heating issue, after I cleaned the terminals and coated it with high temp silicone I've had no issues ( but still have an expensive back up fan just in case of an emergency ) :(

4th slot has large grey wire.
5th slot has small wire.
6th slot is empty.
Hope this helps if your still working on it. Sorry it took so long to look but I had left that funny screwdriver for the kick panel @ the house.

Waited for the rain to stop so I can open the door and install kick panel.
I can see clearly now,,, The grey wire that might have been green is actually blue. A very burnt blue. Guessing I propely should change that pigtail as well..Sorry for bad info on the colors Knight.

M2 106????
Condenser will come out without removing anything other then the upper radiator support brackets. I believe.

Don't mess with the hood hinges there is a bit of pressure there and it will pop out of place on you, making it hard to bolt back in place without extra hands helping you.
. Lossen up the Rad, and condenser should come out from in front of radiator,,up over the top of it.
(Assuming our trucks are the same)
