LRT Expedite has informed us they are ceasing operations.
Drivers owed money by this company should contact their lawyer, or perhaps OOIDA in furthering their claims.

I wish John the best and also those who he owes money . I never received the yelling and such that you all said you received, but I guess things happen and stress can change your personality if you have ever run a business by yourself. Poop happens and we move on. Tomorrow you will be talking about another company and you will be happy. IMHO
What really gets me about LRT is that all of the brokers out there thought he was running a tight ship and would give that company loads over my company. Then here I am doing things the right way and get ignored by a lot of the same brokers that used LRT as their first call. It doesn't make any sense but that is how the game is played I guess.

Sometimes it is all about perception in the world of sales.

I hope that John is able to pay everyone. But generally when a company factors they have very little money that will come in after they shut down. They are getting their money in a day or two and spending it for ongoing operations. Not saying factoring is bad, but owner operators need to realize that if a company uses it and is paying slow it should be a warning sign.
