Wanted to know if any of you are putting in 12 oz of vegetable oil per tank to combat the poor lubricating qualities of low sulfer fuel for older engines? Some old timers i talked to swear by it so i thought i would ask.

Some swear by it , some swear at it . I also know drivers that do it regularly . It won't hurt anything . It was discussed here a few months back .

I stay away from it Ultra Low Sulfer, 500 parts per million is what I would look for on the pump othewise a few gallons and on to the next Fuel location even if it means throwing that receipt in the trash.

I am not showing a fueling for 10 gallons.
