Looking to get started

Hello everyone! I have been looking into getting into this industry for awhile. I was curious to know what companies if any are NOT looking for just owner operators. I do not currently have a truck in my possession. So looking to get a lease with a company...is this s wise choice getting a truck where you work? Thanks guys!!!

I drive at panther and love it. They hire o/o and driver to drive for fleetowners. Real good company so far and been here about 4 months.

Inquire at each individual Expedite company to find if they have "fleet owners" that seek drivers for their vehicles.
