Jack,

We are unable to duplicate this on any browser. It must be something on your machine.

Does your new ISP make you logon with every new session/connection?

I haven't posted in probably almost a year for just these same reasons. I couldn't get on using Vista and now I have windows 7 and still having problems with it. And I have tried using both IE and Firefox as well. And I do not clear my cookies. I would like to be able to set my own password and it won't even let me do that so I can at least remember it. I have to reset it everytime I try and log in. Any ideas greatly helpful.

Just for sheets and giggles check your browser settings on what it does on exit.

"Browsing History: delete temp files, saved passwords, history, cookies, and web form info" (on exit)"

Also check the Autocomplete settings

Reapply the service pack

For those using IE8/Vista:

Launch Control Panel, choose Internet Options, select the Content Tab, Autocomplete section - choose the Settings Button,
make sure all boxes are checked. Choose OK

Back on the main window for Internet Options select the Security Tab, with the Internet Zone selected make sure you have the security level set for Med-High and that the Enable Protected Mode check box is selected then click OK.

FireFox:
Tools-Options-Security-Passwords
make sure check box for "Remember Passwords" is checked
Saved Password button-show passwords-check entry for EO

Have you tried deleting the password entry for EO in Firefox?

In Firefox, Tools/Options/Security Tab/Saved Passwords/
choose the EO entry in the list and click remove.
