You know what happens when some Joker puts DEF in your Fuel Tanks on a Diesel . Dump the tanks Replace the Injectors and Change out all the Fuel Lines and hot Oil Flush.

Uhm, I would think that if some Joker put DEF in your fuel tank, it really wouldn't matter if you run DEF or not.

This is why I think stupid people should be euthanized.
Anyone with even half a brain can tell the difference between Diesel and D.E.F. Hand the driver the bill.

You should have read the thread over at TTR about the driver who thought he was going to get fired for using the defroster in his truck too much because he thought that was what DEF was for.....

Given that the thread is titled "Locking fuel caps", I don't believe it was the driver [of that truck] who put DEF in the fuel tanks, nor was it a mistake.
I think anyone caught sabotaging a truck like this should be required to wear pink tutus & ballet slippers in public for the rest of his miserable life.
I don't like locking fuel caps - they are a major PITA in very cold temps, even using graphite.

Last year I almost screwed the pooch when I pumped 5 gallons of gasoline into the truck they had the wrong color hood on the handle and this station uses the gasoline size nozzles. Luckily I realized what I was pumping didn't smell like diesel and it was apx 10% gasoline to diesel so nothing was damaged only thing was the mileage wasn't that great until I ran down half a tank and topped it off.

I'm sure there is more to the screw up than "gee I didn't know." DEF and Diesel also smell different.

I prefer a good old fashioned beat down.
