Load Extra's/Bonuses. Who gets what percentage? Driver/owner split

Right now, I give all my drivers & O/O 100% of whatever the broker/customer gives. It's kind of a hassle because I have to calculate the normal pay at 85% and then the bonus separately.

I am giving my driver 100% of everything, bonuses, fuel surcharge, pay, etc. And sometimes he still complains. He is such a donkey, I would soo fire him sometimes, but always we come to an agreement.

So you are paying 85% of the load plus all bonuses? Wow how are you as a fleet owner making any money? I just can't see it being all that much trouble to add up bonuses from a load and multiply by .60 (if split is 60/40)
