Is ther a load board or web site that I can sign up with or become a member of to see which city has less s/t and c/v that will be beter for me to relocate to? When ther is alot of trucks and cargo vans wher I am located.

Unfortunately, there is not. That is information that should come from your carrier.

If that information was volunteered, everyone would use it and it would defeat your purpose.

There will always be trucks in whatever city you are in. However, your carrier should hopefully provide you with info as to how many of THEIR trucks are in the area. They may also be able to provide you with info as to whether the area is overloaded with similar vehicles.
