Is this a new form of "Liberal Art" OR, just more stupidity from a city run by liberals? WHY? Why would they not spend the money where, at least on the surface, would make more sense? Is it any wonder that Detroit is broke?

It seems like they're wasting money on purpose. Once they run out of that money, they'll go begging for more.

That is not costing Detroit a dime, it is your federal tax money at work through the ADA and TARP money. I had to have my lawn tore up in order for them to put these money wasters in and my lawn is still a mess because of them. They did half the sub and left those who complained about them untouched.
