Yes, it is best to have a contact name of whom you spoke with so you have a better way of tracking it. Granted our dispatch system will save the QC message and we can go back but a name is always a good place to start if an issues ever arises.

I think there may be another issue with the macro 19. I did one at 1122 this morning I was in 3rd position. I ran 2 locals under 75 miles and I went from 3rd down to 7th at 1625 this afternoon!
I did a 19 from Windsor and then put in the zipcode for Taylor and the same numbers showed up

It's 23 miles to the yard from where I am. I figured it would be more precise.
I suppose ya can't do postal codes? Pick a zip code around Port Huron about 65 miles north of you...so the query includes Windsor but NOT Taylor

I was getting at the losing position for running locals. I lost 4 spots for 2 locals under 75 miles
