Do small fleet owners find their own drivers or does the company they're leased on to help them find drivers?

This works both ways. The small fleet owner is looking for a driver. In their search for a driver the company may give their name and number to an interested party and help them out.

I have a fleet with FedEx. They don't help you find people. They have a company they work with, but it's very expensive.

Most carriers i think do help and some have a service do it for them and charge. We will help our owners with seating the trucks if they need it at no cost.
