Latest on Mexican Trucks Issue

okay for starters why not have the DOT at the border? there will have to be some sort of regulations on them we are soooooo deeply concerned about illegals but yet we let just any ol mexican citizen get in a truck and come across the border? come on bush lets just open up the border instead of building a fence this has to be the most assinine thing that I have seen out of the white house yet. but If I do recall doesn't this all go back to the NFTA? its still stupid here we are trying to keep illegals out but what about regulations on whos driving the trucks into our country they could haul their family up here in the bunk of a truck drop them off in a town with american dollars and vola you have illegals in the us.

I agree. Why should we spend millions to build a fence across the border and then let cheap freight haulers through. Boy, if I was a mexican I'd find one of those ramshackle trucks to hide in...probably inside that extra fuel tank. I don't think this is going to help one bit.
