the j has some shade depending if u find an empty space but it can be busy there. I dont have anything good to say about the TA

Its winter don't need shade trees....I don't like the sloped parking on the outside edge...and it is STILL too crowded....LOL

Set your truck up so you don't need the truckstops. Then quiet places are easy to find. We like lowest and home depot, Target, large movie complexes. There are lots of places that are safe and quiet once you start looking.

My truck is setup for anything. Just need truck stop for fuel and shower...but still hating it..lol

Then get fuel and a shower and go somewhere else, that's what we do. We hate sitting at truckstops also.

Ill take a Walmart over a truck stop anyday, especially one with a Sonnys Real Pit BBQ on it....
