Kenworth T-600 Straight Truck

I had been thinking about how cool a Kenworth T-600 straight truck would be and wondered if I would ever see one. I had about decided that there weren't any out there when I saw a white one the other day in Arkansas. It was as cool looking as I had imagined. Just a beautiful truck. Are these as rare as I am imagining or do I just need to pay better attention?

They aren't very common. A dealer has one set up and ready to go. It's listed in the trucks for sale section here and can be found on truckpaper as well. I visited with an owner for FX with a T600 that had the factory studio sleeper plus an additional 72" (I think) that he built and installed. It looked incredible. He ran it as a C unit with 14' of cargo box. I just took delivery of a W900 with 22' box. There will be an article posted about it pretty soon.

The one and only expediter truck in my tiny lil town (Redkey, IN) is a T-600. It's leased on with FedExCC. I have never spoke with him, but a friend of mine said he use to be neighbors with him and if I remember correctly his last name is Reese. Anyways it's definitely a cool looking truck.

C&M just signed a brand new one on. They all said I would be running down to the dealer to trade this one in. ( I think not) I do like it alot. Just my opinion one nice lookin truck.
