I ran one load for them 3-4 weeks ago, 377 miles, turned down cali at .80 cpm. Haven't heard from them since.

Time for pay with except the fact there is no money in the bank, no signs of direct deposit.

No one answers the phone anymore or e-mails.

not office
not dispatch.

its like the company doesn't exist.

A very unpleasant situation... I had once a run for tiny WI carrier, took many weeks til I got my paycheck. They were constantly lying, they even forgot what they previously lied to me. Only when I told them that I'll contact my lawyer, they finally sent the paycheck.

Indeed. Although they aren't small carrier I've seen 40+ units on the GPS locator thru the phone app.

Guess I will wait couple days and then take adequate steps.

Editt:// finally got an answer from the when dialed from wifes phone with different area code, I guess I'm suppose to get direct deposit tonight or tomorrow morning. Will see.

I would guess there are 100s of these here today and gone tomorrow stories stored in the minds of former drivers, but , alas, they, the drivers are history also....

they run there own junk vans first. Now I have 2 relatives that worked for them. 1 my nephew ran a van as a driver. got paid on time but didn't like fact hey wouldn't fix the heater and when you unload you sit an wait for next load or they charge you .20 per mile to empty move yourself for wear and tear on their van. but hey why bother to fix a heater when you can buy another heap van right.winter will be over soon so why bother. well he quit but was averaging $900 week as a driver. so he talked my brother into leasing on his van. .80 per mile as a team they ran for couple weeks didn't take long to figure out .80 per mil /2 = s**t plus that's when the games begin. took 30 days after paperwork was turned in to get paid.one excuse after another. from we didn't know who to pay they didn't have the right account info for the deposit etc. cheap outfit that only run vans so they can stay off the radar.

Not sure what driver you are but when you were hired on you are scheduled to be paid on the 2nd and the 16 th. So that men's you should have got paid on or about Feb 2nd by direct deposit. And walla.....you were paid on 2/3/15 . So you are complaining because you got paid 5 hrs late? Also you turned down a load that paid .80 a mile . Because ??? Is that note the rate you agreed on when you signed on?

C rich not sure who you are but most drivers have been with the company for quite awhile and you nephew would only be charge for fuel to come home. When he decided to come home. Explained clearly to him when he signed on. Don't recall ever talking a driver into running his own van. Most drivers if they can afford to figure they have more control and profit by owning their own equipment. But it is tough to run and have all the expenses on you shoulders with out a great backbone and finances. So most opt to drive and let owner deal with maintenance and cost. I have fixed several heaters for drivers as they are not expected to freeze out there. Think there might have been a little more to the story...... grasshopper I wonder why you never called the owner ME 2629899232 answer would have been cleared up quickly. Also no judgments against Kadinger Express as wee speak. !!!!!!!! Thanks Rodney

Piotr Rybak (contractor) you were ask if you wanted the Cali load. You said Sure. We sent you load information and never answered you phone again. We then had to cancel the load and turn it back. Next time we heard from you was when your check would be deposited. And it was. It is no wonder you are looking for work again. That's The Real Story . Rodney the owner

That's right It looks I did say yes to that Cali load. Sorry to never answer after I "accepted" the Cali load. I'm going to leave it at that.

Looks like your dispatcher have hard times understanding keep me east of Mississippi. I didn't know I have to accept every load you throw at me, that's the beauty of an owner operator right?

And Nope, I might be looking around for potential work, but I am still with my main carrier, that I do outstanding job with. You were a 2nd option type thing, which obviously did not work out. when dispatch and office doesnt answer their phones or e-mails for hours during normal weekday business hours, that's not a good sign of how the business is ran. Never ever have I had to contact owner of the company, usually I call dispatch with a question and I get an answer right away. ;) Cheers mate. No hard feelings.

Seems to me It would have been easier to say "no I don't want the load" and make a phone call to make sure you were getting paid. I don't understand why you would post your comments about my Company when
1. You were paid as you were told you would be.
2. You were offered a load and accepted it and put me in a bind with my customer and are insinuating that we are not paying our drivers or not a responsible company.
Good Luck find your pot of Gold.
