Watch out for 'gators if you go the southern route across Louisiana & Mississippi...you can often see them from the long raised highways through the bayous. Throw on some Lucinda Williams and let her sing to you about Lake Charles and Mandeville and Slidell, etc.
You're going to end up surrounded by the Smokies, too. All sounds like a fun run to me.

A bunch here in Tulsa, too; two yellow cubes, a hibernating Panther driver, a young team in a Try Hours CV, a guy from A+ Expediting (Dayton) thats been here since Fri but just caught one, and a young couple in a short wb Ford E-250 that have, they say, great luck with U-Ship now that they've changed their payment system. Talked to a few, and would talk to more, but...

LOL, the pay wasn't bad. Ill stay til Fri and if nothing happens then ill move out this weekend. The reason I say that is cause I was down here a month or two ago, and I got out of here in a day and a half. So hoping the same luck this time.
