Did a load from Perrysburg to Kokomo. A good paying 200 miler. Not a great run for a team but it kept the wheels turning today. Hoping for that long one tomorrow.

Love Nations alot. Good to Great paying loads most of the time. Great move on Load Ones part! Now just wondering who's next to join us.

I agree, most if not all of my better paying loads come from Nations. Makes me wonder why the main office seems to want to low ball now most of the time.

I think the reason is that Nations has direct customers where we have some as well but work off of load boards a bit more. I'm sure John can answer better than me.

With the memo that got sent out to everyone, Load One is going more to that route. IMO have a ton of direct customers should be first and bid boards second. It's easier said than done.

Well now....remember how it works. They have and we gave them the customers in their territories. All the bid board and bid type customers for the most part went to us. So it is reply ore of how the customers were reallocated. A high percent of the bid board customers fall in our territory as do 3pls. Now when demand is high those are the highest rates and the trucks don't like to pull the normal rate tariff loads for the direct shippers. It's like the tide.....up and down. Plus let's not forget as nations things didn't exactly go well. As Load One they are doing much better along with the other offices we have added. The funnier part is when breaking down the offices on a per mile and vehicle size basis they are all pretty much within a buckle per mile average.

When FedEx took over Kinkos they renamed them FedEx Office. People even to this day calls it Kinkos. I bet FedEx would love to see that name gone, but old habits die hard.

N. C. Does an awesome job, Shaun and Bill are the bomb!

let's "kick the tires and light some fires," and get these trucks (4) out of the Indy area.

3215 is a team truck and needs more than a 200 mile run for the week!

Freight is up, so lets not let it slip away. Kick it up a notch! We need to roll mon, roll.......
