Actually the 3 is for the year. They clip the corners to identify which quarter the inspection was given. A full sticker = first quarter , 1 corner clipped = 2nd quarter , 2 corners clipped = 3rd quarter, 3 corners = 4th quarter.

And you only get a sticker if you pass the inspection. Sometimes not even then. The sticker basically lets the officers in the weigh station be aware that a passing level 1 inspection was performed on that vehicle and narrows it down to what quarter of a year.

Well 5 miles north of where I was got POUNDED and 5 miles south of us got POUNDED. We got nothing. Crazy. .

we just had a heck of a storm, branches down all over the neighborhood, been cutting branches for an hour. luckily, none in my yard just the neighbors.
