Sitting at 29 Palms near the J at the Red Roof Inn. Temp today got to 114 or something like that. My van broke down "Again". Now I have to spend 2,300$ to get the spindle on the wheel hub and a new differential. Parts are warrentied for 12 months tho. Good thing....the only thing I need tomorrow is a nice load going east preferably, Ohio. I'm thinking about leaving as an owner op with Panther and possibly driving team with another company in a straight truck driving for someone. I'm just tired of the no-load syndrome that's been going around a certain place that I know of. 
Yes, I was given an EM to dh from El Paso, TX to Los Angeles, California because the freight in Texas just seemed to dissapear when I got there.

Sorry to disappoint all of my loyal fans ,but at this point the Expo is not looking good for me .
still Dispatch will try to work his magic , so ...
now at the Iowa 80 for the night ,then early morning Del. in Chicago ,then to North Carolina ,reload ,and back to Reno .
i'm starting to be jealous of you all ,all ready .
good news is that i will still have a shot at B.I.R !!!

You just need to leave where you are at and get a fresh start with a new company.

Same boat here..just dropped in Elk Grove...next load will decide whether I go to the Expo as well....

the closer to expo as the date gets the further from ohio we become. woke up monday in baltimore. tuesday in youngstown. wed in sieverville tn and just unloaded in tulsa.

Wow , isn't that wonderful, geez. well i carry an on board generator with me and a window unit air,,heck with them, be self contained, u survive better.
would that be the TV lounge or at the tables? where people sit to hook up to the net?

Who wants to give me a ride to the Expo? My Sprinter still isn't fixed an I only live like 35 mins from Wilmington...???

Stopped at the Perrysburg "J" at 11:15...then ran down to exit 64 and had lunch at Frickers with my wife...now on my way to Chicago....
hey if anyone could give me a ride back to my house on either friday night or saturday after the expo i live in hamilton, ohio...which is approx 35-40 mins to the expo in wilmington...I can get a ride out there just have no transportation back mom an dad have to work friday an saturday...P.M. me if this is possible...Thanks!!! Oh, an update on my Sprinter...just found out that my Sprinter is waiting on a gasket for the water pump??? Gasket is comming from Chicago an now Sprinter wont be done till Monday eve or Tuesday a.m. Life Sucks Lately blah...lol
