UPDATE: upon further review, it looks like I have no chance whatsoever of hitting the lottery before I leave here. Nevada may allow liquor and professionally loose ladies (upstate, not here in Clark County), but no lottery

Ugh . When yr arse is in Pacific and your body clock is set to Eastern, it screws up your schedule. I’ve been up since 5:00; last night I couldn’t stay awake past 20:30.

Changing from Eastern to Central is a piece of cake. Not only is there only one hour’s difference, but daily life in Central usually starts at 6am, which fits well with Eastern daily life which starts at 7.

Out here, though, when it’s noon it really feels like what it is back home (two or three in the afternoon).

In the van , it was too hot even before noon. This place has a big Campground plus Kayak, paddle boat rentals , and Archery Range , big fenced in area for pets to play . The City created this area around the lake 3 years ago ..

Wandering around the new Menard's in Taylor (it's HUUUUUGE!!!) and noticed some Generac generators. Looks like some of them are now Chinese. Always liked that Generac was a made in the USA product....guess not all of it now.
