Seasoned Expediter
Expediting is a challenging profession in which people work all hours of the day and night. Fatigue, stress, unexpected developments, temporary and long-term frustrations are all part of the game.

We could not disagree more with your statement.

Expediting has been the easiest challenge we have ever had.

Hours have never been better, usually sleeping till 9:00am before roll out to a quick coffee followed by a spin for us of twenty to thirty minutes on the stair stepper all the while getting the “loads” up for a look at freight opportunities for the day. Most days a few calls coming or outgoing and we are moving where, when and at what rate we desire. Our biggest fatiguing frustration is from to many calls from carriers/brokers calling when we post our truck availability and location and we can’t provide capacity for their needs. We don’t think expediting is a game with unexpected developments, more like the rush of winning at everything you do.
