Welcome Chris, you will do fine here and in that Sprinter..the owner is kinda "absentee" and will let you run on your own without any "stuff" from him...its just an investment for him and chances are real good, you know more about the day to day business then he does..so get up here and you will make a buck or 2...Glad it all worked out for you and Dan...and TJ also....

first of all, welcome to the load one family chris. best move you will ever make.

corn dog, does that mean losing all self control in the presence of the opposite gender. we all use to be that way but we overcame it.

Got some questions for you diesel or sprinter owners. I never owned a diesel engined vehicle and have maybe 10 hours of driving one so im a rookie when it comes to them. I been all over google and these forums searching and I got a good idea about things. I know its bad to idle a sprinter and I plan on not idling but sense its winter do you guys idle when it gets extremely cold to keep fuel from gelling or what do you do? I read some people use additives to the fuel is this recommended? Todd told me the unit im taking over takes DEF and I been all over google researching and I think I got the general idea of that. Just any tips or suggestions that someone like me needs to know.
THANKS:D

Trust me Pete, you moved a couple loads this week on the east coast. Laredo is a hard town right now. We are seeing dock high freight into Canada out of there going at less than .50 per mile. I would take the Virus as you refer to it!

Chris, welcome to the flock!

Sprinters don't normally gel...but some of us use Power Service grey bottle about 8oz per tankful to help boost... cetane level..sprinters were engineered with 50 cetane in mind in Europe but over here 40 is pretty standard...
