The Colorado courts ruled based off of incomplete evidence being presented from the one-sided Committee which didn’t include exculpatory , ( and exonerating) evidence such as the testimony from the corroborating witness. The resources expended unnecessarily by having a trial in Colorado, appeal, and then the Supreme Court having to spend valuable time and energy weighing in and giving a resounding decision.
All because the Committee suppressed the corroborating and exculpatory evidence which the courts didn’t hear. Scheme didn’t work though. It eventually failed and was FO.
