There is little screening and even less instruction at above named carrier. Warm bodies in trucks are the focus. I NEVER go out of service and I stay in communication with the various dispatch offices. Most don't! The bigger they get, the more they will need CRE to cover their butts!

Bolt has a lot of good peeps!! Some that really communicate well with us when we NEED their load. The almighty dollar wins with Bolt, but it's nice when they, and other brokers, take the time to communicate with bidders and will allow us the opportunity to tweak a little if we're able. Sure beats hearing nothing but crickets!!!
